Refund Policy

All online courses offered by PilotTraining.ca are fully guaranteed. Dissatisfied customers can receive a full refund of their course fee. PilotTraining.ca must receive notification within 7 days of order placement and not have accessed more then 10% of the course material.

If a course is canceled a full refund will be offered to customers or they may elect to apply the registration fee to the same course at a later date.

Refunded fees will cause all records to be purged from PilotTraining.ca. No record of ground school or recommendations for exams will be awarded. For course refunds contact adam@harvsair.com

Emails are preferred (since these are online courses), but should you wish to send a written request, the address is: PilotTraining.ca, 20 Springwood Bay, Steinbach, MB, R5G 2E8.  Please allow 30 days for refunds to be processed.
